Sensual Movement

In this class we will discuss the elements of Sensual movement, we will learn a sexy combo and explore ways and concepts to tap into your own sensual expression. We will end with an optional freestyle time.  

Keypads encouraged, heels allowed but not required. Wear whatever makes you feel sexy and confident as long as your bits are covered.

Contemporary Flow

Contemporary Pole Flow combines low-flow polework with contemporary dance to build smooth transitions, stronger musicality, and a clearer understanding of how choreography is structured. Each class includes a focused warm-up, flow drills, basework tricks, and a guided choreographic sequence. You’ll learn concepts like pacing, texture, and direction changes, then apply them to movement that connects cleanly from one idea to the next. We’ll also practice how to enter and exit basework tricks seamlessly so your flow stays continuous.

Level 3

This class is for the experienced pole dancer! We will focus on complex poses, handspring prep, aerial inverts and shoulder mounts, Ayesha variations, dynamic static combos, and 

introduce inverted 2 point of contact moves. Continue to perfect your technique!

Conditioning

A vigorous combo of calisthenics (body weight conditioning) on and off pole. This class is designed to increase muscle and endurance. This is an intermediate class but all levels welcome. 

open Pole

This is a time to come in and use the studio space to practice on your own. Each participate will get their own pole and have the space to work on your own. A staff member will be present but not teaching.

Low Flow FLUIDITY

Low flow is an advanced beginner/intermediate low flow class with a focus on fluidity, transition, and attention to detail. We will introduce some slightly more advanced foundational low flow moves, and play with variations on foundational skills learned in level 1 & 1.5. Heels welcome but not necessary!

Prerequisites: Students should have taken at least 5 beginner classes, be comfortable in a pirouettes and be able to pull themselves into a sit.

Flexy

Want to build strength and flexibility? This class is designed to help you train your body to flex and strengthen. Increase your mobility and protect from injury. designed for all bodied humans, work at your level. This class is not passive you will sweat, expand and energize.   

Level 3/4

For the high intermediate to advanced pole student, Pole Level 3/4 provides advanced conditioning, skills, and sequences. Expect combos with aerial inverts, shoulder mount variations, reverse grabs, handsprings, and flips. Pre-requisite: handspring, shoulder mount, aerial invert, jamilla, ballerina, jade, brass monkey. extended class time 1.5 hours with this amazing guest teacher from Santa Fe pole! Every 4th wednesday of the mointh!

Level 1 Beginner Pole

Begin your pole journey! Pole Foundations is perfect for those who are new to pole fitness or looking to refine their basic skills. In this class we will focus on building strength, body awareness, and fundamental techniques for a solid foundation for your pole journey in a supportive & fun environment. You’ll learn essential pole grips, basic spins, poses, and strength-building exercises that will help you progress safely and confidently. 

Level 2

Get ready to go upside down in the intermediate class! 

Expand your skillset & focus on building strength for inverted combos. Start learning twisted grip spins, lowering into leg hangs & inversions. We will also play with variations & expansions on the foundational skills learned in level 1 & 1.5.  

Level 3

Start working on longer aerial combos & more challenging transitions in this class! Learn impressive aerial skills like Jade Split, Brass Monkey, Shoulder Mount, & their variations. Students will work on both static & spin, begin using a variety of more advanced grips & explore variations on skills you already know.

Filthy Friday All Levels

Join us every Friday for a pole class that’s all about low flow, floorwork, and full-on attitude.

Think body rolls, hair whips, dirty knees, and fresh choreography every week to keep it spicy. 🌶️

  • Because we have limited space we accept cancellations with a full refund 2 hours before class starts. If you cancel late but someone takes your spot on the waitlist you will be refunded.

  • As little as possible really. we will be using our skin to grip so tanks, sports bras, small shorts or swim wear. you may need socks or pants for warming up! be comfy! only rules to please cover tits and bits.

  • yes! just email us and we will get one to you digitally or physically.

  • No. heels specific classes are available but no need if it’s not your thing. want to try heels? we have some loaners available. you can wear socks too.

  • We gotcha. We have yoga mats, flexibility props, knee pads, to use and grip for sale.
